KETO PEANUT BUTTER CUP CHAFFLE

Chaffles are super popular right now in the keto community, and for good reason! They are so easy to make and they taste amazing! We started with our Best Oreo Keto Chaffles and they were so good that they inspired us to branch out and see what other kinds of dessert chaffles we could come up with!

It didn’t take much time at all for us to come up with this yummy keto peanut butter cup chaffle! Peanut butter cups are one of our favorite treats and they are probably one of yours too. There is really nothing better than sweet peanut butter and chocolate!


INGREDIENTS
CHAFFLE
1 Egg
1 tbsp Heavy Cream
1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
1 tbsp Lakanto Powdered Sweetener
1 tsp Coconut Flour
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Cake Batter Flavor (we use this)
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
PEANUT BUTTER FILLING
3 tbsp All natural Peanut Butter
2 tsp Lakanto Powdered Sweetener
2 tbsp Heavy Cream

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat mini waffle maker.
In a small bowl, combine all chaffle ingredients.
Pour half of the chaffle mixture into the center of the waffle iron. Allow to cook for 3-5 minutres.
Carefully remove and repeat for second chaffle. Allow chaffles to sit for a few minutes so that they crisp up.
For peanut butter filling, blend all ingredients together and spread between chaffles.
